Just kidding, James Bond is still okay. But another agent in the field is not going to be for a little while. Agent Single "0" is not doing very good, matter fact he is in bad shape. Gilbert Arenas tore the meniscus in his left knee rendering him done for the season. While the rest of his teammates are still healthy, this is a big loss for the Wizards.

Arenas was having a great season this year. He beat out Vince Carter for a spot on the All-Star team while averaging 28.4 points a game. Those points a game put him as fourth in the NBA behind, Kobe, Melo, and Wade. So, is the Agent a vital part to the team? The answer is a flat out “yes”. Arenas is very vital to the team.

The Wizards still have a fairly good shot at making the playoffs, but in order for Arenas to be useful to the team, they would have to make it all the way to the finals without him. Were now looking at Shooting Guard, DeShawn Stevenson to step up and score some more points. Butler and Jamison are putting up good numbers but have to put up even better numbers to fill in the void for Arenas.

Filling into Agent Single "0"'s shoe’s will be Sophomore Donell Taylor. Taylor a athlete from Auburn is handed a very weighted task. First, he must play at a level that has had sixty point games and forty point games numerous amounts of times. All these accomplishments have occurred in one season. Taylor must also play more minutes than his average of this season and last which is below ten minutes a game. The upside to this situation is that he is going to have a lot of support. Donell was born here in the D.C., and as I can only imagine his family and friends are going to be very happy to see him step in to a game as starting Point Guard.

My article on the Wizards before this one was their playoff chances and the odds were not good back then. I think this team is going to have to play hard to get in the playoffs. Finally, “let the truth be played”.
